How to place a coin order with us

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us before sending in your order form.

As soon as your die is paid, we will begin working on your design. When the design is finished it will be placed online for your approval.

Once we begin working on your design, if you decide to cancel the order then a design fee of $150.00 will be charged.

After you approve the design, the balance must be paid, then we will send it to the diemaker.

When the die maker receives it, no credits or refunds will be issued.
